The MAD blog awards 2011

The blogging community is awash at the moment with people talking about The Mads which is a celebration of all things blog related. Not for one nanosecond did I think that I would be nominated for anything as I am not a prolific blogger and my blogging style is somewhat erratic.  I lurch from post to post like a drunken chav at the races and you will see me posting a recipe for Prawn and Asparagus Risotto one day and talking about My top 5 shags if I could, I would the next.

Sometimes I blog six times a week and others only one, there is no rhyme or reason to my blogging, I do it as and when I fancy it or if something amusing happens.

Therefore, to have been nominated for not one, not two but three (WOW)  categories really is AMAZING!

The first category is the MAD Blogger of the Year which is the one that has surprised me the most.  That someone thinks my blog is worthy of this blows my mind away, especially when there are so many wonderful blogs out there - thank you, whoever you are!  I'll be dining out on that one for a long time "Oh I was nominated as blogger of the year don't ya know".

The seconds category is for the best new MAD blogger.  I am again humbled that someone thinks my witterings are worthy of a nomination as a newcomer.  I have only been blogging since the end of October and so am still finding my feet (and html code grr).

The final category is for the MAD post of the year. I cannot believe that some cruel person/s have voted for  Pigeon Porn in this category.  If this wins, then the whole of cyberworld will have to hear my sorry tale and I will never live down the shame of being *that* woman who the pigeon jacked off on.  Gee, Thanks for that!!

Cybermummy 2011 - Here I come!!

When I decided to go to Cybermummy 2011, I wanted to work with a brand whose product I truly believed in and could genuinely recommend and represent, ladies and gentlemen, I am absolutely delighted to announce that I have found that in my sponsor Sterimar.
